Dr. Danks
Dr. Danks
Dr. Jack Danks is a proud graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and brings a lifelong passion for animal health to the House Calls Veterinary Hospital team. His journey into veterinary medicine was inspired at a young age by his mother, a fellow veterinarian, who showed him the incredible impact compassionate care can have on both pets and their families.

Dr. Danks has special interests in dermatology and dentistry—two important areas of veterinary care that significantly enhance a pet’s overall comfort and well-being. He is deeply committed to providing judgment-free, empathetic care and believes in empowering pet parents to make confident, informed decisions that work best for them and their furry companions.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Danks enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. Whether camping, hunting, or traveling, he values quality time with his family and making lasting memories. He’s also an avid sports fan and especially enjoys cheering on Michigan State hockey.
